2. What data we process

We process the data you give us when you contact us by email or through any contact channel on this website: name, company, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry, as well as the business contact details of customers, suppliers and their representatives.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiries and requests for information or quotes. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing the business relationship with customers and suppliers. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Sending you commercial information about our products and services where there is a prior relationship or you have consented. Legal basis: legitimate interest or consent (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may object at any time.

4. How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as the relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it, and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods (for example, 6 years for commercial and accounting records under Spanish law).

5. Who we share data with

We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. Service providers acting on our behalf (web hosting, email, transport and logistics) may access it under data processing agreements. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area is made with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@frubalmed.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website only uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work and do not require consent. If analytics, advertising or other third-party cookies are added in the future, you will be informed and asked for consent before they are set.
